PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical skin care preparation that characteristically includes ethanol and water as main solvent as well as menthols, camphors and a plant extract having the blood circulation-accelerating action. SOLUTION: Ethanol, water, menthols, camphors, plant extracts are formulated to give the objective preparation having increased outset of refreshment and increased persistency, and showing excellent invigoratingness. |
