SURFACE IMPROVER FOR CERAMIC AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface improver for ceramics comprising a composition capable of rationalizing a chemical reaction velocity of etching solution selected for modifying the surface of ceramics and a ceramic composite material, actualizing stable etching and controlling increase in an amount used of energy resources and to provide a method for producing the surface improver. SOLUTION: A solution of etching liquid is composed of a solution containing an oxidizing agent, an acid and an alkali to be selected corresponding to the purpose of surface modification and the order of preparation of each agent solution is rationalized to give a fixed surface improver. A cation to be generated in etching is dissolved in a solution, etching can be carried out, the efficiency of the target surface modification is improved and various controls of the modification can be performed.
