PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet preventing from swelling after construction. SOLUTION: In this deaerating waterproof sheet A, the surface area of a waterproof sheet 1 is partially or entirely set to one area having an optional shape or a plurality of areas, a number of fine air holes 2 are bored within the area, and a water-repellent and moisture-permeable polymer film 3 is laminated and fixed to the reverse side of the waterproof sheet. This deaerating waterproof sheet A may has an air permeable protective layer 4 laminated and fixed to the surface of the polymer film. Otherwise, in this sheet, a deaerating port 5 is provided on a thermoplastic resin waterproof sheet B, a deaerating waterproof sheet having the surface layer of the same material as the waterproof sheet is laid on the deaerating port 5, and both the sheets are mutually adhered by liquid welding or thermal fusion.
