PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bleaching agent composition having high adhesive retention property and bleaching performance. SOLUTION: This bleaching agent composition comprises (1) a hypochlorite, (2) an alkaline agent and (3) one or two or more kinds of compounds represented by the formula [RO-(A1O)p(A2O)q]tGn[OSO3M]s (I) [wherein R is an 8-24C straight chain or branched chain alkyl group, alkenyl group or hydroxyalkyl group; A1O and A2O represent each a 1-3C oxyalkylene group; (p) is an average additional mole number of A1O and (q) is an average additional mole number of A2O; (p) and (q) are each 0-30 and (p+q) is 0-30; Gn is a residue in which (t+s) hydroxyl groups are removed from polyglycerol having (n) average polymerization degree and (n) is an average polymerization degree of glycerol and represents 1-30; M represents hydrogen atom or a salt-forming cation; (t) and (s) are each a number satisfying >=0 and t+s<=n+2].
