PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body correcting instrument excellent in correcting effect on a body and easy to use at home, comprising a well-looking and convenient cervical vertebra correcting instrument, an abdominal muscle correcting instrument and a stoop correcting instrument. SOLUTION: This body correcting instrument comprises a plate hard material for contacting a shoulder, a doughnut looped air bag, to which a thermally fused cloth is sealed, provided at the upper part of the hard material, and a cervical vertebra correcting instrument using an air bag in which air is filled by an air pump detachable from the bag for elongating cervical vertebrae with the filled air, the body correcting instrument comprises a plate hard material for contacting a belly, an air bag, to which a thermally fused cloth is sealed, provided inside the hard material, and an abdominal muscle correcting instrument using an air bag into which air is filled by an air pump detachable from the bag for applying pressure to the belly with the filled air, and the body correcting instrument comprises a plate hard material for contacting a back, an air bag, to which a thermally fused cloth is sealed, provided inside the hard material, and a stoop correcting instrument using an air bag into which air is filled by an air pump for elongating a backbone with the filled air.
