METHOD FOR CRUSHING PULP RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for uniformly crushing a pulp raw material to fine powder in high efficiency without generating dust compared with a method for the crushing of a pulp raw material with a conventional crushing machine. SOLUTION: The objective crushing method for pulp raw material comprises the rough crushing of the pulp raw material (ST2), the charge of roughly crushed pulp raw material together with water into a stirring mixer (ST31), the stirring and mixing of the pulp raw material containing a large amount of water to effect the fine pulverization (ST32) and the continuation of the fine pulverization work until the water contained in the pulp raw material is completely eliminated (ST33). The fine pulverization of pulp raw material can be carried out in a short time in uniform state without generating dust compared with the case to perform the fine pulverization of the dry pulp raw material with a general crusher.
