PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locally discharging device for a high voltage therapeutic tool by which there exists no need for asking a third person to help for a long time and no burden is loaded on a person to be cured and in addition, discharging can be easily recognized. SOLUTION: The locally discharging device for a high voltage therapeutic tool used for accelerating effect of the high voltage therapeutic tool is provided with electrodes 2 mounted on the body of the person to be cured to which electric potential therapy is performed and a light emitting means 3 connected with the electrodes 2.
