PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compact and light image spectroscope without mobile parts able to cover a wider region by using a reflecting optical element and a camera pre-optical system for generating a wider visual field used for satellite or aerial photography of the surface of the earth. SOLUTION: A first convex spherical mirror 16 in a pre-optical system of an image spectroscope receives arrival light to form a bent image on an imaging surface (22) through a second concave spherical mirror 20 concentric with the mirror. The image is transmitted to a spectrum analysis system 29 through an optically coupling means 28 and a spectrum image divided into a plurality of spectrum bands is formed on an imaging surface 38 of a detector array. For the dispersion of the spectrum, a hologram lattice 34 may be used. The image spectroscope operates in a push bloom manner using an reflecting element and is very compact and light requiring no mechanical scan mechanism.
|
