PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gum-like jelly containing no gelatin and to provide a method for producing the gum-like jelly. SOLUTION: This gum-like jelly is characterized in that the gum-like jelly comprises psyllium seed gum as a jellying agent and has 0.6-0.8 water activity and 70 deg. to 95 deg. sugar content. |
