PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody for isolating and cloning a gene expressing a polypeptide homologous to yeast ADP ribosylation factor-like protein (yARL3), and to provide a transgenic knockout yeast in which a gene encoding yARL3 was destroyed to identify a gene related to the vesicle transport. SOLUTION: An antibody specifically binding to yeast ADP ribosylation factor-like protein (yARL3) and a transgenic knockout yeast in which a gene encoding yARL3 was destroyed are provided.
