PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve problems of a damage to a thermometer protruded into a dust catcher, or the like, in conventional dust-discharging devices and to provide the dust-discharging device by which discharging of a dust is stably carried out. SOLUTION: This dust-discharging device is characterized by burying the thermometer for measuring piling level of the dust in the dust catcher in a sidewall of the dust catcher which is lower side of the dust catcher and between a cooling pipe and the dust catcher and further arranging a control device for controlling opening and closing of a control-discharging valve according to a detected signal from the thermometer in the dust-discharging device composed by installing the dust catcher for collecting the dust in a high-temperature gas containing the dust by falling into a duct for supplying the gas, connecting the cooling pipe for cooling the collected dust to the dust catcher and discharging the cooled dust through the control-discharging valve arranged at the lower side of the cooling pipe.
