PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition having high flame retardancy without using a halogen-based flame-retardant, capable of providing a molded product having an effectively suppressed warp, and excellent in dimensional stability and moldability. SOLUTION: This flame retardant resin composition can be produced by adding (C) a specific warp-preventing agent (such as a polycarbonate resin, a polyethylene terephthalate, a rubber-containing styrenic resin and a non-fibrous inorganic filler) to a resin composition constituted of (A) a polybutylene terephthalate resin and (B) a flame-retardant. The resin composition can contain (B) 5-50 pts.wt. flame retardant and (C) 5-80 pts.wt. warp-preventing agent based on 100 pts.wt. polybutylene terephthalate resin. The flame-retardant of 10-100 pts.wt. phosphorus-containing compound can be included in 100 pts.wt. resin component.
