PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a liftable deck of a dynamically safe structure capable of reducing lift quantity of the liftable deck, and safely loading a high car of a high car height. SOLUTION: In this support structure in a hold of a car carrier or the like in which an oscillating shaft 4 is provided above a fixed base 6 for supporting a liftable deck D, and in which a supporting metal fitting 10 is installed on the oscillating shaft 4 to be freely raised or fall, a base end part of the supporting metal fitting 10 is a thick plate member pivoted by the oscillating shaft 4 to be freely oscillated, a pair of deck supporting parts 11 and load supporting parts 12 are formed on a tip part on both sides of the oscillating shaft 4 to be parallel to each other, the load supporting part 12 is placed on the fixed base 6 when it falls, and when the liftable deck D is placed on the deck supporting part 11 as it is fallen, the liftable deck D can be supported above the fixed base 6 as it is held between the fixed base 6 and the liftable deck D.
