PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return excess ink from a receiving and delivering roller to an ink fountain roller without using a duct roller. SOLUTION: The receiving and delivering roller 3 is arranged at a predetermined fine gap from the ink fountain roller 2 above the roller 2 for forming an ink fountain 1 together with an ink amount regulating member 18. An ink scraping member 6 connectible to the outer peripheral surface of the roller 3 is arranged above the roller 2. When the ink on the roller 3 becomes excessive, the member 6 is engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the roller 3. |
