PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle device capable of preventing uneven treatment in a superhigh-pressure water jet device, etc., and a device for recovering the foreign matter released from an jetted material or the surface of a body with an evacuator to control environmental pollution. SOLUTION: A moving means is provided to move a rotary nozzle on a circular path along a surface to be jetted with in a device provided with a rotary nozzle, and the nozzle is circularly moved at variable speeds. Namely, the moving speed is increased when the nozzle is on the left or right end in the traveling direction of the device and decreased when the nozzle is on the front or rear end, the moving means is provided with a seal 36 for limiting a reduced-pressure space jointly with the housing 2 and moving face and a pressure reducing means for discharging a fluid from the space and constitutes a truck attracted by the moving face under the pressure of the surrounding fluid and movable along the moving face, and the nozzle is circularly moved in the reduced-pressure space of the truck.
