PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible sunshade device capable of retaining a flexible sheet like member to a curved state without providing a spring member and a roof bar. SOLUTION: In the sunshade device, a direct sunlight from a sun roof is shaded by a flexible sheet like member 30. Curved members 31, 32 are provided at front and rear portions of the above sheet like member 30 in the using state and a tension imparting means 33 for imparting a tension in a forward/rearward direction is provided on the sheet like member 30.
