PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-supply instrument mounting type chlorine removal equipment, capable of automatically controlling the supply of a chlorine-neutralizer aqueous solution, corresponding to the quantity of water discharged from a water-supply instrument in response to the quantity. SOLUTION: A vessel 11, filled with the aqueous solution of a chlorine neutralizer, is installed to the water supply instrument 1, a pipe 12 for introducing the aqueous solution is connected continuously to the vessel 1, while a spout-water receiving body 14 receiving a part of a spout flow and forming the retention section 23 of the spout flow is mounted into the spout flow discharged from the spout 4 of the water supply instrument 1, and a extraction opening 15 formed at the front end of the pipe 12 is opened to the retention section 23. When the water supply instrument 1 is opened and city water is made to flow, a part of the spout water collides with the spout-water receiving body 14 and the retention section of the spout flow is generated, water pressure is generated in the retention section, and the water pressure acts on the opening 15 and forcibly intrudes into the pipe 12 through the opening 15. Accordingly, since the chlorine-neutralizer aqueous solution in the pipe is poured out from the opening 15 and mixed with spout water, residual chlorine in spout water is neutralized. |
