The methods and compositions of the present invention provide a renewable supply of safe and effective therapeutic transplantable tissue. In particular, the present invention provides methods and compositions for the transplantation of terminally differentiated neurons derived from cell lines for the treatment of Huntington's disease and other neurological disorders.
