PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring color dispersion using an interferometer are provided to measure color dispersion of optical fiber using the interferometer, which is little sensible to the kind and length of the optical fiber and a change the circumstances. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring color dispersion using an interferometer includes an optical distributor(121), an optical fiber(124) measured, a standard optical fiber(125) and a PZT(Piezo_electric Translator)(123). The optical distributor divides optical signal emitted from a light source(110) into two. One of the divided optical signals passes the optical fiber and the other optical signal passes the standard optical fiber to form a standard path. The PZT winds the standard optical fiber and changes the length of the standard optical fiber.
