SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING TRAFFIC INFORMATION USING FM DARC

PURPOSE: A system and method for transmitting traffic information using FM DARC is provided to reduce information use fee by adding the traffic information to audio signal for general broadcasting within FM DARC band. CONSTITUTION: The traffic information collecting server(100) collects one or more traffic informations changed in real time. The terminal(200) for transmitting and receiving the information receives the traffic informations through Internet or dedicated lines. The traffic information uniting server(300) applies the collected traffic information to one rule to unite and process them. The FM DARC transmission server(400) processes and outputs the united traffic informations to agree with the FM DARC transmission specification. The FM DARC transmitting part(500) encoding-combines the processed traffic information and the audio signal for general broadcasting to transmit them.
