PURPOSE: Provided is a disposable hair band with improved absorptivity that is composed of two liquid permeation layers and a liquid absorption layer, which can absorb and hold perming agents therein and is hygienic and easy to put on. CONSTITUTION: The hair band(20) comprises a first liquid permeation layer(31) having a plurality of liquid permeable holes and at least one or more of longitudinal groove and being contacted with skin of users, a liquid absorption layer(32) placed at the rear face of the first liquid permeation layer for absorbing and holding the perming agent passed through the first liquid permeation layer, and a second permeation layer(33) placed at the rear face of the liquid absorption layer and having a plurality of liquid permeable holes. The band also includes a first and a second impermeable layers made of vinyl and located at the front bottom of the first liquid permeable layer and the rear bottom of the liquid permeable layer respectively and the first and the second impermeable layers have height of two third and one third of the width of the band.
