PURPOSE: A good quality evaluating method using a mobile communication terminal and a barcode is provided to facilitate comparison of prices of goods and evaluate a service of a good by connecting a mobile communication terminal and the Internet by attaching a barcode on the good, receiving the barcode through a barcode reader and requesting a price search from a network server. CONSTITUTION: Before visiting a store and buying a good, a user scans a barcode of the good to be purchased by means of a barcode reader of a mobile phone(ST11). The inputted barcode is signal-processed by an information processing chip so as to be recognized by a network server and analyzed(ST12). If the barcode is an information type to be processed by the mobile terminal(ST13), the mobile terminal processes it and displays the result on an LCD(ST14). Upon analyzing the inputted barcode, if it is not an information type to be processed by the mobile terminal(ST13), the mobile terminal transmits a search request signal and the barcode information o the good to a communication service system(ST15). The network server receives the good search request through the communication service system(ST16), and if the received search request is related to a good price, the network service searches prices of the same type of goods and transmits information of a good of the lowest price to the mobile communication terminal. If the received search request is related to a clothes style advice, it is determined whether the good agrees with a clothes style of the user on the basis of clothes style information previously inputted from the user, and the result is transmitted to the mobile terminal(ST17).
