SPECTROPHOTOMETRY METHOD OF GAS BY LASER RAY

PURPOSE: A spectrophotometry method of gas with laser ray is provided to decide wave of absorbing spectrum of measuring material in measured gas based on absorbing spectrum line. CONSTITUTION: A spectroscope of gas comprises a semiconductor laser light source(1) oscillating laser ray; a driving unit(2) driving the semiconductor laser light source; a temperature controller(2a) controlling laser element temperature to oscillate the laser ray; an LD(Laser Diode) driving device(2b) supplying electric current of the laser element; a function generator(2c) changing oscillate frequency of the laser; a beam spline(4) dividing the laser ray into two; an isolator(5) preventing reflect ray from injecting again; a sample cell(6) receiving the first laser ray; a light detector(7) collecting the light from the sample cell; a fixed frequency amplifier(8) receiving an output signal; a computer(9) inputting the output signal; and a display(10) indicating data of the computer with an image.
