PURPOSE: Provided is a diet measuring and managing method connected with a jumping diet game for a PC, which can measure and manage the degree of fatness according to individual sex, height, and weight and the quantity of motion by dancing with a song on a footboard of the PC. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: (S1) reading information files about users, songs, and steps from a jumping diet program and (S2) selecting a user and then (S5) starting the game, or (S3) registering a new user, (S4) inputting the user's information about sex, height, name, weight, etc., and then (S5) starting the game; (S6) playing a song and scrolling the steps upward on the screen of the PC, (S7) inputting the step information in a step input device, and (S8) measuring the calorie consumption of the jumping motion according to step inputted pattern and the user's information; (S10) analyzing the result if the song is finished, (S11) outputting the total calorie consumption and the degree of fatness by a number and a graph, (S12) storing the result, and (S13) checking if the program is finished, wherein if the program is not finished the program is repeated from the (S1) step. |
