PURPOSE: Provided is a sauna poultice mat for home use, which circulates oil, heated by the desired temperature, in the inside thereof and contains a cover on the mat. CONSTITUTION: The sauna poultice mat comprises: a liquid heat-circulating device(5) for circulating the oil through an outlet pipe(3) and an inlet pipe(4) in a rectangular mat by operating a motor pump, wherein the oil is heated by electric current; a heating mat which generates heat by circulating the oil through an oil-circulating line which is formed by ultrasonic welding the upper and lower part of the heating mat; an auxiliary mat(10) having a mat inserting groove for inserting the heating mat in the center thereof and long grooves formed on both sides thereof; the cover(14) comprising a plurality of semicircular supports(12) and a vinyl tent(13) formed between the supports(12), wherein the supports(12) are inserted in the long grooves of the auxiliary mat(10), therefore, the cover(14) is folded by sliding; an entrance(15) formed on the front of the cover(14) by using a zipper; an open hole(16) formed on the front of the cover(14).
