PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair cosmetic having neither dryness nor stickiness, providing a natural touch and readily fixing properties. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic is obtained by formulating a glycerol derivative with an amphoteric surfactant derived from a basic amino acid.
