PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fender lining for preventing the muddy water splashed by a tire in traveling on a bad road or wet road from intruding into the inside of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: The fender lining 1 comprises a side wall 10 extending toward a dash panel 6 formed on the body inner side edge and a flange part 11 provided on the side edge of the side wall 10, and the fender lining 1 is set so that the flange part 11 abuts on the side surface of the dash panel 6. By such a structure, formation of a clearance between the dash panel 6 and the fender lining 1 is prevented, so that the muddy water splashed by the tire can be prevented from intruding through the clearance between the dash panel 6 and the fender lining 1.
