<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure and optionally select the angle between a handrail member and a support member for easy and precise construction and cost reduction. SOLUTION: An angle adjusting hole 11 is formed on the lower side of a handrail member 1a consisting of a pipe so as to have a substantially parallel edge along the axial center direction. An angle adjustment part 13 is formed on the end of a strut 2 that is the support member so as to have a parallel surface in conformation to the substantially parallel edge of the angle adjusting hole 11. An angle adjusting member 15 is inserted to the handrail member 1a, and handrail members 1b are fitted to both protruding parts of the angle adjusting member 15. The angle adjusting member 15 is fixed to the handrail members 1b by use of a fixing member 23, a screw 28 and the like. The angle adjustment part 13 of the strut 2 is inserted to the open part inner side of the angler adjusting member 15 through the angle adjusting hole 11 of the handrail member 1a, and the engaging protruding part 14 of the angle adjustment part 13 is engaged with the circular angle adjusting engagement part 19 of the angle adjusting member 15.</p> |
