The invention refers to civil engineering, namely, to processes for fixation of the protective coating to the lower surface of the reinforced concrete plates, including those having a disintegrated concrete protective stratum. The process includes preparation of the plate lower part surface, setting of the forms, application of the cement - polymeric protective coating and forms dismounting. After preparation of the surface, in the plate lower part there are made blind vertical channels or channels situated under the acute angle with the vertical, having a diameter of 10_25 mm and the depth exceeding at least two times the disintegration depth of the concrete stratum. The channels are drilled in the staggered order at the pitch of no more than 25 cm, are dried up to the most humidity of 5% and are blown with compressed air.The application of the cement - polymeric protective coating is realized by injection under a pressure of 0,05_0,6 MPa at the following cure of at least 24 hours at 30_60 degree C.The result consists in decreasing the labour input and increasing the adhesion of the protective coating with the reinforced concrete plate under-stratum.Claims: 1 |
