The invention relates to processes for emulsion stabilization and may be used in boiler-houses for burning of liquid hydrocarbon fuel in the presence of water. Summary of the invention consists in the stabilization of water-fuel oil emulsions by using the emulsifier, comprising, mass %: waste saponification products obtained from the production of oil and grease - 90_95; ultrafiltrated concentrate of petroleum oil and cooling liquid - 2_5; solvent (diesel fuel) - 2_3. The saponification products are obtained by means of calcium hydroxide and oxido-hydroxylic precipitates of heavy metals in the capacity of catalyst having the ratio (95_98):1. The emulsifier is introduced in the water-fuel oil mixture in the amount of 1_3% vol. with the subsequent flux dispersion by the method of "magnetic liquefaction" in the rotatable electromagnetic field.The result consists in increasing the efficacy of the process for stabilization of water-fuel oil emulsions, in reducing the price of the process and in decreasing the quantity of harmful effluents.Claims: 5
