Use of n-cyclohexyl benzamides for treating bowel disorders

The n-cyclohexyl benzamides derivatives or the racemate mixtures or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof of formula (I) are used in the manufacture of a medicament intended for the treatment of pain of visceral origin. These compounds are 2R in configuration. For formula (I): R1 is alkyl or cycloalkyl; R2 is hydrogen, alkyl, hydroxyl, alkoxy or hydroxyalkyl and R3 is hydrogen or R2 and R3 together form an alkyl radical.
