SOLUTION: The power supply 100 comprises n pieces of power supply units 1011 to 101n, main power supplies 121 to 12n for respectively generating DC voltage VDC1 to VDCn which are to be supplied to a load 20, unit side controller 171 to 17n, and control power supplies 151 to 15n for respectively supplying DC voltage VB1 to VBn, to the controllers 171 to 17n. In this case, the controller 171 is connected, for example, in addition to the power supply 151, in parallel with the power supplies 152 (not shown) to 15n of the other unit 1012 (not shown) to 101n. |
