摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a liquid crystal display device having high reliability by preventing adverse influence caused by heat from being exerted on the connecting part of an IC for driving a liquid crystal by dispensing with an thermocompression fixing process at the time of performing interterminal connection in a COG(chip-on-glass) type liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: This device is a liquid crystal display device which has a pair of substrates 13, 14 opposing with each other across the liquid crystal, an IC7 for driving liquid crystal which is directly joined to at least one substrate 13 and plural semiconductor inputting terminals 21 which are formed on the substrate 13 in order to introduce signals to the IC7. The terminals 21 of a liquid crystal panel 8 are connected to semiconductor driving output terminals 6 of a portable telephone set and the like with an elastic body connector 12. The connector 12 has plural conduction parts arranged across nonconduction parts to electrically connect opposed terminals with the conduction parts and to electrically insulate between adjacent terminals with a nonconduction part.
