PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damages to electrical devices which are connected to the secondary side by a primary side overvoltage. SOLUTION: A breaker 1 comprises a breaker 2, a primary side detecting circuit 3 that detects overvoltage at the primary side of the breaker 2, and an operation circuit 4 that forcibly operates the breaker 2, when the primary side detecting means detects a primary side overvoltage.
