PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the interior of a heat insulation case translucent without increasing power consumption. SOLUTION: The heat insulation case comprises a transparent heat insulator made of a porous material having a mean pore size of 100 nm or less at least at the part of a heat insulation wall. In this case, the interior of the base is translucent.
