The receiving part 352 of a receiver 351 receives the transmitted optical signal, a light branching device 353 divides the received optical signal into 1st and 2nd optical signals, a slave chaos laser 355 receives the 1st optical signal as injected light and generates an optical signal by chaos oscillation so as to take chaos synchronization with it, a differential circuit 359 outputs a differential signal between the generated optical signal and the 2nd optical signal, and a lowpass filter 360 and a threshold filter 361 restore a digital signal from the differential signal and output the digital signal. |
