PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a display format in accordance with a monitoring state by means of operation on a first screen. SOLUTION: Tanks 2a, 2b, indicator 3a, 3b indicating the levels of the tanks 2a, 2b, a pump 4, a valve 5, and a flow rate 6 to the tank 2b are displayed on the first screen 1a as symbols. When a cursor 7a is moved to the position of the symbol indicating the flow rate 6 e.g. to select the flow rate 6, the state of the flow rate 6 is displayed in a display area 8 on a second screen 1b. When a cursor 7b is moved to the position of the indicator 3b to select the symbol indicating the indicator 3b, a display area 9 corresponding to the indicator 3b is generated on the second screen 1b.
