SOLUTION: Measurement sections 107-1-107-N measure the number of synchronous word error bits and a reception SIR value on the basis of a result of demodulation of data after averaging sections 102-1-102-m multiply 1st - N-th pattern weighting coefficients a11-a1n...aN1-aNn corresponding to a change in the propagation environment with mean symbol data after inverse spread processing, a selection section 109 selects an optimum transmission channel fluctuation estimation value where the synchronous word error bit number is minimum and the reception SIR value is maximum among 1st - N-th pattern transmission channel fluctuation estimation values obtained by the result of demodulation, and a synthesis section 108 uses the optimum transmission channel fluctuation estimation value to apply synchronization detection and RAKE synthesis to the received data after the inverse spread processing.
