PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device responding to dispersion in the thickness of a thermo-element. SOLUTION: This portable electronic device comprises a bezel 28 composed of a heat conductive material, a case 21 composed of a heat insulating material, and a rear lid 24 composed of a heat conductive material. This device is characterized that the thermo-element 26 is heat-conductively arranged between the bezel and the rear lid 24, and the bezel and the rear lid are movably screwed by screws 40, 42, so that the height of the bezel and the rear lid between which the thermo-element is arranged can be adjusted. |
