PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction method, a transaction system, a mediating device and recording medium which contribute to the popularization and development of electronic commercial transaction by eliminating anxiety that the price may not be sent even if a transaction object owned by a seller of the transaction object is delivered and that the transaction object may not be transmitted even if the price owned by a purchaser of the transaction object is transmitted, especially in electronic commercial transaction performed on a person-to-person base. SOLUTION: An intermediator using the mediating device 10 in transaction is made to intervene, the price of the transaction object is preliminarily transmitted from the purchaser using a purchase supporting device 30 to the intermediator, the seller having a selling supporting device 20 confirms the remittance to the intermediator and subsequently sends the transaction object to the purchaser, and the purchaser receives the transaction object and subsequently instructs the intermediator to transmit the price to the seller. |
