PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional system isolation setting method that a long time is required since since a link needs to be searched for manually while plural system charts are referred to when the system charts are present and have mutual links. SOLUTION: Information on link symbols 1a and 6a which are provided to the system charts and represent logical connections between the system charts is gathered to generate a link information database 7, which is used to retrieve a link-destination system chart having the same link number by a link retrieving means 8 according to the link number 7b of the link symbol. Consequently, the plural system charts are logically connected and isolation settings over the system charts can be made.
