METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EVALUATING EXTRUSION MOULDING PERFORMANCE OF CEMENT KNEADING PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for simply and efficiently evaluating extrusion moulding performance of a cement kneading product without repeating extrusion moulding test. SOLUTION: This method for evaluating extrusion moulding performance of cement kneading product comprises a preserve elastic modulus measuring step of measuring a preserve elastic modulus by means of a dynamic visco- elasticity measuring device by distorting cement kneading product to be tested; and a molding pressure step for obtaining estimation value of a molding pressure in an extrusion moulding machine for cement kneading product, from the preserve elastic modulus measured by the preserve elastic modulus measuring step on the basis of the relationship between the preserve elastic modulus in the dynamic visco-elasticity measuring device previously required for the questioned extrusion moulding machine, and the moulding pressure in the extrusion moulding machine.
