PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce restrictions on the pattern of a printed board, improve the strength of the printed board, and facilitate mounting operation without providing slits for mounting a holder to the printed board. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of an LCD where an LCD 2 that is mounted to a printed board 1 by inserting pins 2a, 2a, etc., of the LCD 2 through holes 1a, 1a, etc., of the printed board 1 is pinched by a reflector 3 and a holder 4, a hook 3a of the reflector 3 is inserted into a long hole 4a provided at the holder 4 for engaging the reflector 3 to the holder 4, a tongue piece 4b provided at the holder 4 is inserted through a hole 1c of the printed board 1 for fixing the holder 4 to the printed board 1, the long hole 4a provided at the holder 4 is extended so that it can travel relatively between the reflector 3 and the holder 4, the reflector 3 is engaged to the holder 4, and then the holder 4 if moved, thus inserting the tongue piece 4b of the holder 4 into the hole 1c of the printed board 1.
