PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sure, easy and safer technology for operating on-vehicle equipment. SOLUTION: A candidate output part 10 outputs candidates for operation which is intended to be performed on a display such as a liquid crystal display panel. A next candidate part 11 switches the candidate regarding the output to the next candidate when a GO key 21 of an operation unit 2 is depressed. A previous candidate part 13 returns the candidate regarding the output to the previous candidate when a BACK key 23 of the operation unit 2 is depressed. A deciding part 12 decides the candidate regarding the output when an ENTER key 22 of the operation unit 2 is depressed. A voice output part 15 outputs a fact that the candidates regarding the output are switched by the next candidate part 11 and the previous candidate part 13 so as to enable a user to confirm it by reading the candidates after switching by synthetic voice to the operation in the operation unit 2 when the candidate regarding the output is switched.
