PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange maintenance interface system which reduces man-hours for development, has general usefulness and flexibility and reduces the installation cost. SOLUTION: With respect to the exchange maintenance interface system of a networked maintenance terminal and an exchange, the exchange itself is provided with a Web server function. Thus, a command environment concerning the maintenance of the exchange is realized as an application of Web by utilizing a Web technique such as hyper text type information retrieval, etc., which can be used by this network, and the environment is made to be a GUI.
