PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a problem of soldering strength caused by direct soldering between a carriage made of sheet metal and a base made of sheet metal. SOLUTION: A circuit board 30 consisting of a flexible board 31 and a glass- epoxy substrates 32a, 32b, 32c as a resin reinforced plate is fastened to the periphery of the carriage 1 with screws. Also, an ACT base 20 is provided on the carriage 1, soldering parts 26a1, 26b1, 26c1 extending downward are formed in the ACT base 20, and the soldering parts 26a1, 26b1, 26c1 are provided so as to protrude from the circuit board 30. A soldering part is provided in the circuit board 30, and the soldering part is soldered with the soldering parts 26a1, 26b1, 26c1.
