PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce oscillation of an optical deflector at the time of rotating it. SOLUTION: Though a fixed shaft 50 receives an exciting force by fast rotation of a rotor 68, it is more difficult to oscillate the fixed shaft than that of a conventional system, because it is fixed with a fixing screw of which the entire shaft part is made into a screw part, and the fixed shaft 50 is held and fixed between a head part 58 of a fixing screw 54 and a base 44 in a center beam constitution and a half or longer of a shaft part 56 of the fixing screw 54 is a non-screw part 56B in the part inserted to a through hole 52 of the fixed shaft 50 to have a high rigidity. |
