PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the electric motor of an air-conditioning outdoor machine and a fixing rest for arranging the electric motor at a fixed position in one piece. SOLUTION: A fixing rest 8 where a lower end part is fixed to a base member 41 for forming the base plate of a heat exchange chamber 4 for rising from the base member 41 is connected to the outer case of an electric motor 6 for rotating a blower fan 2 in one piece. The lower end part of the fixing rest 8 is connected to the base member 41 by a screw.
