PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise signal by combining anti-hapten antibody onto a carrier in a state for reacting with hapten in a pseudo sandwich immunity measurement method of hapten using an anti-immunity complex antibody. SOLUTION: Hapten is measured using an anti-hapten antibody that is indirectly combined with a water-insoluble carrier and an antibody (labeled anti- immunity complex antibody) that is labeled to the immunity complex between hapten and anti-hapten antibody in the immunity measurement method.
