PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the abnormal high-pressure rising of a refrigeration cycle that is generated when the performance of a condenser is deteriorated in an air-conditioner. SOLUTION: Other than a heat exchanger being set to the condenser of an outdoor unit, a heat exchanger that can become one part of the condenser is provided in an indoor unit. As the ratio of the flowrate of the condenser at an indoor machine side is increased, condensation capacity is also increased, thus utilizing characteristics where high pressure is reduced for preventing the abnormal high pressure rising of a refrigeration cycle.
